• General Info: Breakfast will be served in the lobby as local and state guidelines allow. Once a guest has checked in, the room will not be entered by an employee until check-out. If you are staying more than three days, housekeeping can be scheduled after the third day. If additional towels or toiletries are needed, please visit the front desk. All bed linens (sheets, blankets, quilts, pillow protectors, and cases) and towels placed in the room are cleaned after each stay. Property has a two night minimum from May to September.
• Arrivals: Check-in is available any time after 3:00 pm.
• Departure: Guests are requested to check out of their rooms by 10:30 am.
• No Smoking: There is a no smoking policy in all of our rooms.
• Children: Welcome! There are lots of outdoor activities to entertain children and adults as well as games in the lobby to use. Standard rates are based upon two guests. Extra guests are $15/per person, per night. Children six and under stay free. Max 5 people in select rooms.
• No Pets Allowed. We reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of your stay if pets are brought to the property without prior warning and/or ask you to leave the property if a pet is discovered in your room without permission.
• House Rules: Kindness and Consideration of other guests. Children must be supervised and all activities on-premise are at your own risk. No ball playing after 9 pm. Please do not disturb other guests with loud noises in rooms, backyard, pavilion, or allowing children to run up and down deck, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Thank you for your understanding.
• Deposits: All reservations are secured with a credit card. Reservations require a
deposit of one night's stay for a 1-3 night reservation, or a deposit of two night's stay on a 4 or more night reservation. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time of the reservation. The balance is paid upon check-in. Final payment may be made by credit card or cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to the following cancellation policy -
FOR STAYS OF 1 - 4 DAYS (SEE BELOW FOR GROUPS/TEAM CANCELLATIONS):
A non-refundable $25 fee is charged on all cancellations. When notice of a cancellation is provided more than 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the arrival date, a full refund will be made, less the $25 cancellation fee. When notice of a cancellation is provided less than 14 days from the arrival date, guests will be billed for the entire reservation, and only be reimbursed upon rerental of the room. This policy applies to reservations being made with a gift certificate as well. No-shows will be considered a cancellation.
FOR STAYS OF 5 DAYS OR MORE (SEE BELOW FOR GROUPS/TEAM CANCELLATIONS):
A non-refundable $25 fee is charged on all cancellations. When notice of a cancellation is provided more than 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the arrival date, a full refund will be made, less the $25 cancellation fee. When notice of a cancellation is provided less than 30 days from the arrival date, guests will be billed for the entire reservation, and only be reimbursed upon rerental of the room. This policy applies to reservations being made with a gift certificate as well. No-shows will be considered a cancellation.
FOR STAYS WHERE THE ROOM IS BOOKED INDIVIDUALLY BUT YOU ARE WITH A GROUP THAT HAS RENTED 7 OR MORE ROOMS REGARDLESS OF NUMBER OF NIGHTS RESERVED AND THE ENTIRE GROUP CANCELS (TEAMS/WEDDINGS/REUNIONS/ETC.):
A non-refundable $25 fee is charged on all cancellations. When notice of a cancellation is provided more than 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the arrival date, a full refund will be made, less the $25 cancellation fee. When notice of a cancellation is provided less than 60 days from the arrival date, guests will be billed for the entire reservation, and only be reimbursed upon rerental of the room. This policy applies to reservations being made with a gift certificate as well. No-shows will be considered a cancellation.
The Hayden Creek Inn will make a good faith effort to fill the rooms. However, we cannot guarantee the success of that effort. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
This policy applies to any cancellation for any reason.
• Rates are subject to 14% tax (8% state sales tax plus 6% local lodging tax).
